It's a bit of everything - and yet so much more! DRIVING EXCELLENCE is a very interactive, experience-based and action-driven training that makes you really feel the transformation we provoke in you. It combines classic coaching with real experiences that simulate stress, performance under pressure and high-speed decision-making as well as team-building activities. Apart from the learnings and individual strategies that you'll take home, we also guarantee that these will be two days you'll never forget.
Will I get Individual Solutions for my Business?
Yes! You can tell us about your biggst challenges - we will carefully listen and find individual solutions for you! This is why we will reserve a 1:1 slot with Jost for every single participant and also have an individual Zoom call with Maren after our training to work on individual Communication Strategies. Just feel free to ask us for whatever advice!
Who are the Participants?
We work in small groups and will carefully pick the participants of each training group to make sure that every individual person fits. We want you to interact, support each other and exchange experiences even if you never have met before. There will be CEOs and Team Leaders from different companies and organisations who may have different challenges. However, we'll also give you 1:1 support and make sure that there is a perfect working space for each one of you.
DRIVING EXCELLENCE can also be booked as an exclusive coaching for participants of just one company, from five persons up to ten.
